CNC machined prototypes offer significantly tighter tolerances, smoother surface finishes, and more accurate performance than our 3D Printed “Additive” Prototypes. This is because additive prototype parts can sometimes suffer from layer lines and weak points.  CNC Machined Prototypes parts are solid and isotropic “true material” representations — perfect for stress, thermal, and load-bearing tests.
