Step 2: machined part prototyping

With a better design in mind, we can create a 3-D models or working prototypes, allowing us to test and refine proposed component improvements prior to production.

Step 3: inventory machining and management

Once your “improved part” is tested and approved, we can begin machining and finishing your part or component through a Contract Manufacturing arrangement. This included skilled subassembly if needed. This “machine-now, pay as delivered” program delivers two distinct advantages.

First, you realize volume-discounts, with payments extended to coordinate with your actual part or product usage for a more positive and controlled cash-flow. Second, our ability to warehouse inventory means you can avoid inventory shortages and excess inventory spending.
