Through this program, we work with you, consulting to help you anticipate  every step of the vendor transition. Step 1: part analysis and redesign

We conduct thorough R&D to assess your current part or component program. We then apply innovative Manufacturing Engineering to determine if we can create your parts more efficiently or with improved precision.

Step 2: machined part prototyping

With a better design in mind, we can create a 3-D models or working  Machined Prototypes, allowing us to test and refine proposed component improvements prior to production.

Step 3: inventory machining and management

Once your “improved part” is tested and approved, we can begin CNC MachiningCustom Finishing and even Subassembly of your parts or components. If needed, ongoing supply can be managed through an Inventory Supply Manufacturing Contract.

Our Inventory Supply Manufacturing Contracts provide three distinct advantages:

  1. Cost Discounts through planned volume machining
  2. Improved Cash-Flow through payment schedules coordinated with actual part or product delivery
  3. Improved Inventiory Supply through planned production and warehousing, eliminating shortages and/or excess inventory overspending.
